  • Cancellation of an ordered service is possible only under the conditions specified in the contract concluded with the client.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days from the date of mutual agreement, by bank transfer.

Active Digital will not be liable for non-compliance caused by force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, wars, government restrictions) under applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services offered will be settled amicably.
  • If an agreement is not reached, the disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, or Constanta, Romania, depending on the location of the client and the applicable law.
